This one surprised me. I’m not a big parabolic guy… and thankfully this rod is not too parabolic. It is a smooth casting 5wt., leaning a bit more on the slower side, but it retains a bit of that parabolic hinge that allows you to really kick a longer cast from the butt when necessary. I cast this w/ a friend and we were both blown away at the versatility. Really a great, slower action trout rod. This particular build features a simple walnut seat with patinated bronze hardware. The grip is a 6″ slim full wells. Wraps are a very pale yellow appearing clear w/ tipping in dk. brown. Includes bag and tube as shown.
