Much like it’s 9′ 3wt. brother recently built, this 4wt. is a slow, smooth caster. Falling somewhere between semi-parabolic and parabolic in flex it will protect tippets and reward the caster willing to slow down a beat. This specific rod features a 6.5″ reverse half wells “Western” grip and a shop made blued reel seat w/ an insane stabilized buckeye burl insert.  The rod is wrapped in dark blue w/ grey color preserved tipping throughout. Blue accents at the grip and ferrules add just the right pop of color. The rod ships in my standard brass capped tube w/ engraved badge along w/ a khaki bag.
