Amber blanks are my favorite Epics and the 686 is probably their finest taper. The rod below features a 6.6″ full wells grip, buckeye burl seat, blued lemke hardware w/ nickel silver end cap/blued insert. Wraps are orange-amber tipped grey and red at ferrules and signature. Speaking of the signature, my script is done in a gunmetal grey metallic which looks sweet next to the blued hardware. Overall a great fishing and attractive fly rod. Bag and tube included as shown.
